Was just what I needed for my crafting project
I chose the Hello Hobby stencil set in the 12' x 12' because I plan on painting my sons name on his wall. I can't draw to save my life, so I thought if I was going to paint something on my sons wall, I need to do it where it looks professional. I don't have a finished product of the wall yet, but it's starting to look great! I taped the stencils to the wall, after using a level to make sure they're straight, then lightly penciled in my sons name. When I paint, it'll be so much easier. Love these and I can use them over and over!
I really like that these have 2 sizes on one stencil for each letter. The stencils are very sturdy and are easy to clean if you are using washable paint. They work for my poster size projects and the small stencil size letters work great for the cards I make. Their perfect for any stenciling project you may need.
Super cute stencil set and great quality card stock for stenciling. The material is very durable and looks awesome. All the letters are upper case, but there is a large letter and a smaller version of the letter. The large letter is 6 inches, and the smaller letter is 4 inches.
These stencils are better than expected, I was happy the cardboards weren't cheaply made. The letters are cut out perfectly. Very good quality. Easy to use. The letter size is perfect for tote bags or in my case wall art. These are easy to use. Great for beginners.
This is very nice card stock stencils that I got. It has 26 large letters and 26 small letters of the Alphabet. This makes for a very nice craft ideas for making designs, being able to Stencil this on wood or paper products. It is amazing all of The ideas you can come up with when deciding on a project For your home.there is an adhesive that you can use in tp put your finished Product on. They show you many techniques as to using paint on your Stencil And what kind of brush you will need also you can use any color of paints that you Wish.Depnding on what you will be needing to complete your projects They recommend using Stencil brush, foam dauber, painters tape Paper towels and foam paper plates This also is great to use with kids in arts and crafts to teach them all about the beauty of using stencils For various crafts.The Stencils are reusable which is a plus for me!! great size for large projects. easy to use and nice style.
The monogram font is a wonderful font for bigger crafts such as tote bags, furniture, large signs. It's big enough to be seen several feet away and a really pretty font. My only concern is the material. With it being thick cardstock, I am concerned that repeated use will not yield the same results as the first few uses. As cardstock gets wet, it tends to warp. Warped stencils will result in loss of the crisp edges and end up with bleed-through around the edges. Only time will tell, but that is my only concern about these stencils. Otherwise I really like the font itself. Really beautiful script font that would be pretty on bridesmaid tote bags or furniture projects or even an initial for a wreath or other craft project.
These stencils are very easy to use and I liked their big size. I would say they are semi reusable if they have time to dry between use. We had to be careful not to use a lot of paint because if they got too wet they began to lift off the material. The calligraphy is pretty too. I recommend these stencils.
I partially blame myself. I should have read the description. The stencil itself is made of cardstock, that it's tells you how flimsy it is. It slides when trying to circular motion your paintbrush over the format. The cardstock can get pretty soggy from repeated use so it is reuseable but not for very long. The sizes of the letters are 6 inch for the capitol and 4 inch for the lower case so great for larger projects.
