Friendly. Seemed to know what he was doing, until I saw the mess he left at the doorbell site. He didn't place the Next doorbell in the same place as the old one, and left wires exposed.
Tech did not know what he was doing. He spent hours reading instructions on line and kept asking me what does this mean? I had to instruct him what to do.
Never could get them to come out. Wasted my money.
