Using this to store wood for our firepit by our deck. Great price, almost half of same items elsewhere. Fastest delivery. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I purchased this deck box with the intention of finally organizing all my lawn and garden accents. It worked! The box was literally a snap to put together. I managed to, not only get my accents in it, but also had plenty of room for garden tools and seasonal doormats, as well. Although it's being used on an enclosed porch, I would have no problem leaving it outdoors. The wheels make it very easy to manuver for cleaning. Of course, the Walmart price made this purchase a "no-brainer." After having searched the internet and local stores (I live in a shopping capital) no one could meet or beat Walmart's price. I'm very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to everyone.
I am using this to store chair cushions on my patio. Easy to put together and just the right size to hold 2 chaise cushions and 4 seat cushions. I'm glad I didn't get the smaller sized one. Wouldn't have been big enough.
We have 4 of these and use them entirely for the storage of new legos that we collect. They are sturdy,300 pounds will set easily on top of them, quick to assemble, it took us just over 5 minutes to assemble the first one,very snug fitting pieces as well. We had been using large totes in the past, but could not get much in even the largest. These easily hold more then 2 of the totes, because they are tapered to fit inside each other, and these are straight sided rectangles. As our desire to accumulate more legos increase, now we know what we will be purchasing to keep them safe,dry,clean and in an attractive box. We are living in a small home and must keep 2 units atop one another stored in each bedroom, and they look fine there, not like the unsitely totes we used in the past. You can't find a better, less expensive box to store things in~~~we will buy MORE!!!
This deck box is attractive and easy to assemble. We bought one just like it a few years ago and needed another one for our pool area. We were pleased to find that the exact one was still available.
Went together very easily, have it on the back deck in Florida has gone through some pretty big storms and has remained dry inside
Great item We have had it on our deck for about a week now during which time we have experienced torential downpours. Everything in the deck box remained dry :) The box is fairly easy to put together (no tools), however, the lid is a bit tricky.
Received shipment in just a few days, happy with the price of the product. Assembly was challenging, as one of the tabs on the unit would not seat properly, therefore, it took an additional 30 minutes to assemble. Once complete, my chair cushions do not fit completely in the box, so remember to measure prior to ordering.
Good looking, seems substantial but impossible to assemble. At least this one. Part IDs in directions don't match ID on the parts. ‘Snap together' doesn't snap because parts don't fit. Directions state that if you put it together wrong, it is not returnable. Well, then, why don't they include directions that relate to the parts. Sad because we really like this. Calling Suncast to see what they can do for us. As it stands, I do not recommend it. If it is resolved in a satisfactory fashion, I'll update this review.
We have been shopping around for several months for a deck box. This is not a sturdy box that holds anything heavier than a seat cushion. The box is already falling apart at the bottom. We would never buy it again.
