It is a nice purchase though at times, somewhat difficult to adjust the thrower.Did an excellent work during the snow month of January in Indianapolis and I am overall very happy with this.It has a lot of pressure and easy to push.I will certainly recommend this.Easy to manuver when there is a lot of snow around
I am extremely happy with my purchase, we have had a lot of snow this year and this machine has taken care of it without a problem. It starts easy and is easy to handle.
So far I'm very impressed with this Snow Thrower. I ordered it Ship to Store from WalMart, and it arrived a week earlier than expected. I uncrated it and it took about 20-30 minutes to assemble. I filled it with gas and pulled about 3 times to start. Everything seems to work and operate as it should. It hasn't snowed yet, so I'm not able to give a complete review at this time....I'm very impressed with the quality. It's construction is almost all metal. I highly recommend this product.
Great power started right out of the box, really like the 23 inch intake .Also like the Metal discharge shoot (not plastic) and a headlight !
This snowblower does have a headlight and a 208cc (6.5 hp) engine with 24" auger width. I received this very quickly as it came from California in 6 days with free shipping. I shopped this machine at various retailers and Walmart had the best price with free shipping. This machine is well built with four wing nuts securing the handle and was very easy to assemble. Assembly took around a half hour with un packing included. I have only used this once and it performed very well in 2 inches of snow. I hope to give it a better test with larger snow falls coming.
Easy to assemble, appears to be ruggedly built, and started on the first pull. The engine details are in a separate manual so look at the engine manual itself if you are wanting to locate parts like the choke mechanism.
Of all the machines in this price range, this one had a bigger engine 208 cc, and a head light. Assembly was very easy and it was packaged very well. It started on the first pull and has every time I have had to use it. I have not to use the electric starting feature at all, even when it was eight degrees. I am pleased with the quality of this machine and would recomend it to anyone.
easy assembly. started 2nd pull. what a beast! will move serious snow, and will throw a full load 30 ft. you need to understand it's capabilities
This machine is heavy. Wife and I got it out of pickup with a struggle as it came bolted to a skid. Prepped as recommended and started on first pull. Easily blew 8" of snow 25'! Itceven throws slush. It struggles with ice. As our Montana snow is mostly Powder, prepare to get covered in snow. No big deal. Second year, after having fuel stabilizer in for the summer, machine was hard to start. Once it was running, the engine tends to lope, so I will check the butterfly plate (if it has one?) and see if its loose. Seems to be working OK and I will see in first big snow. So far pleased. For $650.00, on sale from Sam's, I think it will prove to be worth it. I bought last year after year before record 44" of snow.
Received it and put together. Have not used it yet
