This product seems like it would be a good one; however, the head surround looked to be too small for my four month old grandson so I am returning it.
Bought this for my newborn son, who overheats very easily. We use it in the carseat and also in his baby swing. I feel like it keeps him at least a little cooler, and it's BY FAR the best head support we've ever used.....his head doesn't flop around like it did with every other one we had before. Wish we'd had it with our first two babies! The price also seemed very fair. However, I'm not sure why the website says it's only available online.....I bought it in my local store.
I love this head support. I used it for my first baby and now on my second. It is light weight so it's not hot like most of these type products plus it's the perfect shape to cradle babies head and be comfortable - I started giving them as gifts.

This is an awesome product for a new baby. The first one I had was wool and would make his head very sweaty every time he was in his car seat. With this head support and the air holes it has, I did not have that problem. con: do not machine wash this. I washed it once, and the whole side came undone. Luckily his head is too big to fit it now anyways.
We bought this off of a recommedation from someone else who has one. My baby is a very hot and sweaty baby so we thought this would be perfect for him. He still tends to get a little sweaty but he is not drenched like he was before. The only problem is that this head bumper is a lot more snug than the one that came with our graco seat so his head is really wedged in there good. It would probably be better for a newborn, however, my son is only 3 months old. We will switch back to the head bumper that came with his seat when the weather cools down. All in all its a good product and a great idea! Just wish it would fit in our seat better.
works good, the only prob I have with it is when I put my son in the car seat with a thick hood on its a pain. but otherwise its good.
