After washing and adding the cover to my daughter's Bumbo....I realized that this was a wasted purchase !!! Much easier to wipe a Bumbo off without having to take the cover and wash after almost every feeding (new eaters are very "MESSY"). The one thing it may be good for... is keeping a small baby from sliding in the Bumbo untill they develop better sitting skills.
