I purchased this pendant for myself. I added birthstones of my 3 children. It is very beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality. Being aware of the differences natural stones can have in color and also reading the other review, I opted for the simulated stones and they are perfect in color. I am very happy with it and will most likely wear it every day :]
Very pretty!
I ordered this with 4 stones, me, my husband and out 2 kids. All stones were correct and in the right order. Beautifull necklace, picture doens't do it justice. I have gotten loads of compliments. My husbands stone is at the bottom because he is the foundation of our family. Everyone loves that.
The cross itself was beautiful. The problem was with the stone colors. One stone was supposed to be light blue and the other stone was supposed to be dark blue. They looked the same with no distinguishing color difference. That was very disappointing.
I paid for real birthstones in this pendant and they are so faded and discolored I dought they are actually real stones. The pictures online look way better than what I actually got. I bought this for my wife for our 8th wedding anniversary this year and it has hers, mine, and our daughters birthstone placed in the middle. The green emerald is so faded and discolored it looks like someone sanded the top of it with sandpaper. The garnet in the middle resembles more of a dark purple almost black when it should be red. If you hold it up in the light you can see the red tint, the only stone that actually looks nice is mine, the purple amethyst. Go figure. Other than poor stone quality, the silver was very pretty. I would not recommend buying this product or any other product with birthstone's from walmart.com. I know my wife will say she love's it, but I really was hoping to give her something alot prettier for our anniversary. I guess thats what you get for the money though.
I bought this for my mother for a mothers day gift. really disappointed with the overall size and the size of the stones need a magnify glass just to see that the correct stones was actually right. since my sister passed away 2 months ago I thought this would be nice for my mother. but as I say I was very disappointed with this purchase next time will not order jewelry on-line. get to a store and look before another purchase.
Very disapointed in this item! The pendant was very small and the chain is very cheap. I tried using a more durable chain but the hole on the pendand was to small for another chain to fit. One birthstone looks like something out of a bubble gum mechine. Paid over $100 and i have $5 jewelry that looks better.
