I've had my phone for about 1 year and I decided to order a LG Touch Screen Smart Phone to see what all the buzz is about. After 1 week, I decided the touch screen was too much hassle. Remember, why you have a phone, to talk to people. Touch screens are not user friendly. So, I sold my new phone on eBay and bought a new phone like I've been using as a back up. Love this phone!
My mother in law needed a good phone she could use as she is legally blind. It is really sad that there are not MORE phone that make it easier for those with visual impairment but she said this phone really works for her. It tells her who is calling, It has voice command features she can use & after some set up & practice she is using it successfully. She said it is way better than the Motorola she had with Straight Talk. Thank Goodness I could find a phone she could use with the same Straight talk coverage she could afford. I also think Straight talk customer service ought to be able to help more, the representative I spoke with went through MANY phones with me & was not able to suggest many options & didn't seem very knowledgeable.
If you want just a phone that is easy to operate, this is the 1 for you!! If I wanted a camera, I would have bought a camera. All I wanted was a simple cell phone, easy to navigate, no frills, whistles, bells, etc. Love it!
All I needed was a basic phone, this one fits my needs perfectly. It's a very simple easy to use phone.
did not realize it did not have a camera, but serves the purpose really well. i like the little bit larger size. easy to hold from ear to mouth. thank you from lorraine
When I purchased this phone I "assumed" that it came with a built-in camera as all my other phones automatically had. This one didn't. Only drawback.
I'm not happy with trying to use this phone inside my apartment in Dixfield...I can text, but then I have to run around to get enough juice to send it, This really makes me mad, the same with talking on it inside my apartment. Works great outside, but I don't want to be outside in the pouring rain to talk or text
This phone works OK except can't hear it ring. I have tried other LG phones and they have the same problem, no external speaker so you can't hear it ring when it's closed. I did not want a text phone but this seams to be the only CDMA flip that the stores have.
tried two both kept losing sound so you could not tell when it was ringing--did everything,adjusted volumn did it all work fine for a little while then goes almost silent,i've had lg 220 from straght talk with no problems just wanted a more modern phone.it would be perfect if you could hear it--going back tomorrow
