The instructions were easy to follow for transferring information from my old phone to this one. I still have more to learn about it, but so far so good. I like the light weight of it and have really enjoyed it for the week I've had it. I still have a few kinks to get use to after using a Samsung with the slide out keyboard.
Love this keyboard. Had a smart phone with swipe, love this better. Short learning curve, works well in our remote area. I've had it 1 month and it is better for my area than my former smart phone. Good value for a basic talk text.
I bought it as a replacement for my year old same phone. Once I cannot get through half a day without charging the first one, which will probably happen soon, I will transfer to my new one. The old one lasted a little over a year...
I've had it for about two weeks now and everything works well on it. The only down side is that there is no alert when I get a text, which isn't too big of a deal. If people really want to reach me, they'll call. I can understand that some people want text alerts, but I don't think that it's necessary.
This is a good phone. It gets great reception and no problems other than it likes to pocket dial missed calls. I have been able to get around that by locking the keypad and keeping missed calls clear.
I read many reviews on this phone before purchasing. Many were not good as they did not have a (audible) notification for texts. Then I saw a couple of persons who did and so ordered it and am so glad I did as my phone has this feature. I absolutely love this product as it does what I want yet has no extra features that would clog this 74 year old's mind, so to speak. I love the keyboard and yesterday took pictures which turned out great. I am very pleased. Great phone for older persons such as myself.
This phone is ok but less than I expected. Extremely limited choice of ringers so that to tell the difference between functions is not good. There was no reception just outside of Des Moines Iowa which I found to be very disappointing as this was a phone bought for a truck driver. Having the keyboard is great just wish the design hadn't been changed so that unless you keep the keyboard locked it dials or does functions randomly whereas the old way actually had a flip cover for it. Overall it is a decent phone for the cost.
Bought this phone at walmart store and works good. Bought another online from walmart and has the issue others have mentioned about no sound alert for texts and voicemails received. On the phone with Samsung who couldn't help me and then Straightalk who said the only thing they could recommend was to return the phone. Horrible that they could not offer a fix or update to fix this. DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU'RE A GAMBLER!!
I am so dissapointed i love this phone but they all have the same problem and walmart knows about it! you get no sound for texts. They should have contacted samsung and had them pulled instead they keep selling them so wrong to consumer, very upset.
This phone that I recently purchased is not recommended by me at any means. The text ring does not work at ALL! Am VERY dissatisfied!!!!!!!
