Phone came on time looked great works great would do it again.
I had a straight talk smartphone, but I wanted something with more features, but without the hefty price. I happened to find this, and although I was a little skeptical because it was refurbished, I bought it anyway. I love it!!! When it was shipped to me, everything (charger, battery, etc.) was in its own individual package, and the phone itself looked great. I have now been using it for a month, and it works awesome, with no sign that it is refurbished. Why pay full price for a "brand new" phone, when you can buy a perfectly awesome phone for less than half of the price?!?!?
So far so good. I love the ease of use
I bought the phone for my girlfriend because her other phone stop working. She told me she loves it.

Recently my 17 year old son dropped his Virgin Mobile account to go with Straight Talk and purchased this phone. When it arrived, it looked brand new. When he opened it, he called me and told me that it didn't come with a SIM card. After doing some investigating, Straight Talk phones do not use SIM cards. He then proceeded to get it activated with no problems, including porting over his old phone number. He has not had any complaints.
Purchased this phone to replace my iphone S4. The Galaxy SIII is heads above anything else out there. Phone arrived timely without nary a scratch on it. Looks and performs like a new one! Easy to learn and use. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this phone. I am in NC and mine runs on Verizon towers. I have had it about three weeks it works perfectly.
The arrival of the phone was on time which was the only good thing about it. I had trouble activating it from the start. Called Straight Talk several times they tried but was unsuccessful. The phone did not have a dial tone once activated. I could not receive calls and no one could call me, it went to my voice mail. After messing with it all day today I gave up and returned it to the store and got my money. This was an upgrade phone. I have had Straight Talk since 2009. very unhappy with today's outcome.
I have had nothing but problems with this phone. Bought this phone for myself, and my boyfriend. One of the major problems with this phone, and from doing research, turning the phone off could be hours before it reboots, and can finally use. As I said after reading blogs, and doing research we're not the only people to experience this. Also, the battery does not last long. Neither of us have photos, or apps, except for the apps that were already on the phone when I purchased them. Which was a solution when calling for help..regarding apps, games, and music....have none of that on our phones. After a few calls to customer service, their solution was to take the battery out and put it back in. Well after doing that process multiple times, the phone finally comes back on. Otherwise we like the phone, but problem is if an emergency would arise, we're for lack of a better work screwed. Too many days I feel like the little boy on the commercial and wanting to throw my phone on the ground and smash it!!!
