This makes a rich, full bodied cup of coffee. I grind the beans daily to a medium grind for use in a drip type coffee maker. The difference in flavor is amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a darker, richer blend that is not overpowering.
For the past 5 years I blend these Central Highlands beans with the Original Eight O'Clocks for my daily coffees, creating a bolder yet smooth taste I never tire of. Consistency, year after year.
Label says mildly spicy, cocoa and complex- I guess. I just know it's full flavored, and I like the taste. Whole beans, and they had the nice oily texture of fresh roasted beans. I wish Walmart carried more varieties of whole bean coffee. It seems like 90% of their coffee is ground.

Eight O'clock Central Highlands Whole Bean coffee is great tasting coffee, I love the fresh taste of just ground Beans.
Great coffee by itself, but once when I was running low, I combined the bottoms of some random bags together to discover the best coffee ever! Now my everyday blend is an 11 oz bag of Central Highlands and 11 oz of Hazelnut with a 22 oz bag of regular bean for the best tasting coffee anywhere! When will it be back in stock????

Whole bean Central Highlands cannot be beat for rich quality flavor, hands down our absolute favorite coffee! Will continue to order online since our stores don't seem to have it in stock anymore.
I love the rich flavor and dark roast. This is my favorite of all the roasts. I grind and make it in a French press. My morning ritual.
