I was excited to purchase a high-end, stainless steal, canister vacuum cleaner made in USA. Delivery was prompt. However, upon receiving the package, it was evident that it had been opened previously. The manual and several parts were missing. Walmart customer service offered several options to remedy the situation, but my intuition told me to back away from what may have been a great product. I didn't even test the vacuum because the filter bags were missing. Walmart's mistake is that they should carry this product and all of its accessories in their stores!
