I bought this ring as a gift for my mom. She loves it. It also looks great.
This is a beautiful ring! There are, however, two things that I am not particularly happy with. Number one, the names on the ring are very, very hard to see; number two, my oldest granddaughter's birthstone is ruby, but the stone in the ring is a shade of pink. This was bought for my daugter's birthday present from my granddaugters to their mother. The look on my daughter's face and the tears in her eyes said alot more than the two problems I saw with it.

The setting (Sterling Silver) and natural red and clear/white stones are lovely. The green stones are horrible little emeralds. The description did not say emeralds when I bought them, or I would not have made that choice at this price point. Very disappointing.
Beautiful ring, but the gems get dirty and there is no way to clean them as the holes under the stones are so small nothing can get in to brush away the dirt, So I don't wear it anymore, who want to wear a dull, dirty ring?
