We bought this popcorn machine to use at our church's Upward flag football & cheerleading stand. It does a great job! Although we did not receive assembly instructions, it was very easy to get set up. The kettle heats quickly and in just 5 minutes is ready for popping some popcorn! We purchased the pre-portioned 8 oz. popcorn kits for ease of use.
Wonderful product. Easy to set up and use comes with scoop and cups so we had our first batch in minutes(will need popcorn and popcorn oil). It pops about 2 bags for a single batch and 4 bags for a double batch(double the recipe), once started it will do about 3-4 batches in 15mins.
Over all it is an ok product. Followed popping directions, the popcorn stuck to the bottom of the kettle several times. The handle where the spring releases the kettle broke and the stir stick broke it looked like it come in welded. Did not even have the product a month. Called customer service they sent replacement parts and sent directions how to fix the handle. Something that you pay so much for should work a little longer before breaking.
Makes Great Popcorn but the quality of building the machine is poor. It came well packaged. It was 90 % completed just connect popper and attach doors. The glass doors are pre assembled just drop in the attached hinges on the front sides of cabinet. The problem is the doors don't line up. Their is a half inch gap between the top and bottom of the glass doors and they pinch at the top of the cabinet. The attached metal door openers are sharp and could cause cuts to the fingers if not careful. The metal drawer is very sharp across top sides this could also cut your fingers as you try to remove or reinsert the drawer.
