I am very happy with this product. I can finally vacuum those rugs that my upright vacuum would suck up! It's lightweight, has a very long cord and you can adjust the suction power. Very happy. Just wish the extension wands weren't made of such a thin plastic. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.
After lengthy research and a lot of shopping, I chose the Eureka The Boss Mighty Mite Canister Vacuum. This vacuum was not my first choice, I only discovered it shopping at Walmart online as this model is not available as an in-store purchase. For the money, it is a great little vacuum, light weight and a lot of power, and it has a blower port not found on the more expensive models. I checked out the same model at Eureka online only to discover it was more expensive from the manufacturer! I like that it has easy to replace (and purchase) bags instead of the more expensive and hard to find hepa filters. I have all hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the bath and some "oriental" rugs. It works great on all of the hard surfaces, however I kept my upright for the occasional "deep cleaning" of my rugs, as the Mighty Mite is not great for rugs. I have mixed feelings about the plastic "wand" as it is not as sturdy as a metal wand however, I do not have to worry about damaging my wood floors if I drop it. It does not have a retractable power cord, but has a convenient and easy to use storage space under the unit. Overall, for the money, this was a great purchase! I am pleased with it. Also there are a lot of "off brand" parts and bags available online.
I've owned SEVERAL vacuums over my 50 years from the MOST EXPENSIVE bagged and bagless corded and cordless and having GIANT shearing dogs, living on a farm and the Mighty Mite is and has always proven to be the vacuum I continue to rebuy. Power, suction, lightweight, bagged %26 a CHEAP PRICE for EXPENSIVE QUALITY!!!!
Good vacuum so far, the suction is great. there is a release valve on the handle to control suction level. so when i vacuum rugs it doesn't suck them up. goes under furniture great and hose is a great length. not as easy to store like an upright but that doesn't bother me
Missing dust brush attachment (in box that was not damaged or previously opened) BUT I DID NOT want to go to store and get treated BADLY AGAIN BY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
I used to have a Eureka mm I purchased in the 80s and loved it until the motor finally gave out. Bought this as a replacement and I'm glad I still had the old attachments. The new attachments are pure cheap garbage. I'm surprised the Eureka Corporation would pass off cheap garbage as attachments on a good vacuum cleaner.
I wrote a review on 11/12/2022 which I cannot find in the review section for the Eureka Mighty Mite 3670 vacuum. I was vacuuming a carpet when suddenly a piece of the bottom wand broke and the wand came apart. Now the wand will not stay together so that I can use this vacuum machine. Please advise. Again, I have included a picture of the broken wand. I was unable to check for an answer to my last review.
They sent me an open box item. The box had been open and repacked sloppy and triple taped. It has been used before. Dirt on the inside of the sweeper head. There is a scuff on the side. Very disappointed!
I want to see a way to change the product, the wheel broke out of nowhere, I paid a guarantee for this product… please asap help me
I wouldn't recommend this vacuum because I haven't had this vacuum a year yet and it just stopped working it won't pick up right the power is low and it shuts off like it seems like it's overheating and it just shuts off on me when I 1st got the vacuum it was great it worked fine and the crazy part is i barely use this vacuum so I'm not understanding why it just stopped like that it's making me wonder if this was a return from someone else and then they sold it to me I'm not saying that's the case I'm just saying I wouldn't recommend this vacuum until they fix this problem whatever problem it is please fix it because this was a waste of money for me.
