Loved this Carpet Cleaner! I'm 9 months pregnant and it was very easy to use. Not heavy at all. Love the trigger to actually release the hot water. I can keep going over a spot until I see the water not coming out of the carpet anymore! I am so glad I bought it right of the Bissell site as well so I was able to get all the attachments! I also shampooed my car! The attachments are really easy to use and put together. And the storage caddy is such a great feature to clean the rollers after use. I was a bit confused when I lost suction the first time but I realized that was a feature letting me know "time to empty the dirty water." Great all around Carpet Cleaner even on my Berber carpet! #sweepstakes

From my very first home 25 years ago, i have owned several different appliances from them and have loved each one. My daughter began reacting to our new puppies in an allergic way and I was at my wits end. Nothing worked, not filters,not medicine, not any other ways I tried to eliminate them, she still continued to sneeze everyday upon waking. The worst starter when she began to get bloody noses from the severity of her allergies. Everyday until I received my new Bissell! What a game changer! The Bissell dug down deep where other products had not even touched! Her allergies subsided within about a week of using my new Bissell. I can't even believe the difference! It got down to hair left from the previous owners dog that I didn't even know was there! When you think of Bissell, don't just think of vacuums, think of Bissell as a part of your family, I do.

The Bissel was well worth the purchase, our carpets have never been cleaner and they even smell better too!

I am a dog mom of 2, so I needed something reliable to get the job done. I am beyond impressed with this carpet cleaner. It left my carpets so soft, even pulled up fur that my vacuum was not getting. It got up the stains from when my dogs were puppies. I LOVE the upholstery tool. It SAVED my couch. Between my husband, and my 2 dogs my light colored couch was destroyed. The stains on it were terrible (you can see in the pictures)After taking the carpet cleaner to it, it is BRAND NEW! I could not be happier with this purchase, It is worth the splurge! I cannot recommend it enough. It was super simple to put together and to use. It does use a lot of water (had to fill up twice for my living room), but that does not bother me because it is really getting the job done better than I ever imagined!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had new carpet installed 9 months ago, and thinking I could extend the life of my large purchase by taking extra good care of it, I decided to buy the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. The carpet didn't look particularly dirty, but boy was I wrong (and equally horrified)! The cleaner is easy to assemble, very straightforward to use, and light enough I could easily carry it up and down the stairs by myself. Overall, great product! Highly recommend!

We first purchased a competitors shampooer then had it professionally cleaned and the stain would not lift. We bought a Bissell and the stain is gone!! This is a much better cleaning machine than we've ever seen. The brush system is awesome!

Only problem is that it leaks pretty badly out of the body, and I've only used it once in the three months since I bought it. Both tanks are just fine. It has a steady leak out the body just below the carrying handle. It wouldn't be a fault of assembly. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The leak is at a location that doesn't have any consumer-assembled parts. It would get 5 stars if it didn't leak all over my carpet while I'm trying to clean it, but it is a deal breaker.
