I bought these as a time saver for the school I work at. Usually I'm slicing up my own and trying to keep them from browning before the kids get to eat them. These solved the problem. Slices were a little on the thin side but they were very fresh and the kids LOVED them. They ate 2 whole bags at lunch today.
The apples are always sweet & fresh.My daughter only eats these apples.
After having a baby recently I needed to find a quick grab and go healthy snack. I was so excited to find these apple slices. I go through 1 bag every 3 days! I love that the apples are already sliced and I can just grab a handfull add some peanut butter and have a quick, easy, and depending on how much pb I add, a healthy snack. It is something I can eat with one hand while feeding the baby and there is no prep work required- the apples are already sliced!
I was pleased to see these in the large bags as my kids love to eat these. However, as another review said, they were close to the expiration date and brown in the store. On multiple occasions I have picked through every single bag only to find them with brown spots in every bag. They only last a few days. They keep these hidden, I wouldn't have even known they carried them. If they were fresh, I would buy them frequently.
When we got them, we only had 2 days left before they expired. Even before expiration, they were brown, slimy, and could not be eaten.
