It took me 5 minutes to set it up. Lights up very well so for the price paid, this is great X-mas decoration.
While the Santa Clause looks nice in the store, it can barely support its own weight once you put it in your yard. If the wind is blowing you can forget about it, even with all the strings they give you to help stand him up, he will not stand straight up. I do not recommend purchasing this item.
