A Great low priced leader in weight vests. Perfect weight. Very comfortable for a man, wife likes it as well.
Great product! Cheaper than buying a weight vest, ankle weights, and cardio weights separtely. I use the vest and palm weights for cardio weight training and upper/lower body strength training, and the ankle weights for pilates leg lifts. My husband now uses for mall walking.
