I like the ease of slipping them on, and exercising. There's isn't any fear of them dropping off, bouncing on a foot, and getting injured.
Bought for my mother with limited mobility. She loves them and works out every other day. Great for people who don't have a strong grasp for regular dumbells.
I think it is a great product! Fits perfect, no dangling around my wrists. It does add extra benefit to your workout.
These weight are a very good value. I use them when walking the tredmill and they do not bind or shift.
it's great but they are too big! they flop all over the place.
The 2-lb. wrist weights are fine. They even look good. My only problem is that I have thin arms, & the slip around a bit.
Not a big deal/purchase. item are 2lb wrist weights. seem comfortble, portable etc. could not beat the cheap price.
Be aware that when they say "2 lbs. wts" they mean a total of 2 pounds (1 pound per wrist). Also, they are too loose around my wrist and float up and down my arm during aerobics which is quite annoying. I can hang on to them in the palm of my hand but that gets uncomfy after a while too. They are nice and soft though.
