Brown rotten liquid inside the bag.
When I pulled the pack out of my fridge the next morning, I saw the greens were different colors, some wilted, some completely shriveled. I couldn't find a best buy date, so they went straight in the trash. Every time I order salad items, either something is missing or it's spoiled!
The green onions definitely not freshly harvested - almost haof of them had leaves already rotting and others had only one remaining leaf. I'll forget about green onions until summer. It was the same story with my order in late February.
You can see the rot through the packaging. Every time we get pick up now rotten food is a part of it. Even when shopping in person I'm amazed at the amount of rotten food being sold. The funniest part is that now in order to get it refunded I have to take it into store and have til Feb 21st to do so lol. (Instead of allowing uploads for food images when returning something from an order).
I'm home sick and decided because I already have Walmart acct, I'd utilize it... My green onions are old and slimy.
Liked nothing. Disliked everything. Wilted. Yellowed. Slimy. Discolored water dripping from package. Basically rotten
When I drove up to pick up my produce I should have checked before I accepted the bags. I needed these onions for dinner and now I can't make what I had planned because these onion are brown and slimy.
Green onions were well pass their freshness. Stems were brown, dry and moldy. This product should never be delivered to a customer.
I ordered a bunch of organic little green onions. What I got were ready for the compost pile. They shouldn't have been on the shelf much less picked for a pick up order
