Polyethylene construction, foam insulation, door gaskets and tight-fitting hinges and latches combine to set the industry standard for heat retention. All Cambro Insulated Food Carrier CamCarts feature stainless steel hardware fastened to molded-in metal mounting plates. No rust, no breakdowns. Carts come with a molded-in handle and 6 casters with impact plates (two fixed, two swivel, one with brake). Capacity: 24 tray support rails on 1-15/16" centers (12 per cavity). Holds up to 24 each 18" x 26" trays or sheet/bun pans. Note: If using metal food pans, cool to 250 degrees F before placing onto rails.
