This Olaf came used, dirty, and broken. It was unbelievable that it was even shipped to me. It was so dirty I put it back in the shipping box and back outside because I was afraid of what bugs might crawl out of it into my home. This seller should be permanently banned from selling. Not to mention my daughter had picked this out as a reward and then waited for 2 weeks for it to ship only to be disappointed when I told her I had to send it back. Infuriating!
