She is tall, pretty, fancy, and soft. Amazing doll for the price! My daughter won't stop hugging her. The music and light-up braid work well, too. Very well made. Extremely impressed.

My 3 year old LOVES this. She is exactly what we were hoping for. The singing can be a little tricky, but after a few days of testing, my daughter can get her to sing well.

Honestly would have given 5 stars but the hands were very hard, for even me, to squeeze to get the music to play. I did read the reviews and pretty much knew it but i knew my little girl would flip over it anyhow. She is 2 and this is taller than her! She loves it so much! She is soft and comfy to cuddle with and sleep with. Her dress is beautiful and delicate but sturdy. My daughter just adores this and takes her wherever we go!
The doll was well made and worth the buy. Any Frozen Elsa fans will be so happy to have this doll. It is well stuffed. The only thing that made me give her a 4 star was that it will be quick a challenge for smaller kids to make Elsa sing. You actually have to hold and put a good amount of pressure on both the hands before she sing and any slight movements will make her stop. I found it to be easier to make Elsa sing the "Let It Go " song by putting the hands together in the right position like she is praying to make it easier for younger children.
Face was more distorted that the pictures. cape rips super easy when child is twirling or dancing with the doll. When trying to push the hands to light up the doll and make it sing, they do not work very well at all. it was hard to hold the button down and the lights stopped working.
I order this for my daughters birthday tomorrow...it arrived yesterday and nothing worked no music or lights. I switched to name brand batteries and still nothing.
