Sooo cute!
I liked it. It was the right size for my granddaughter. She loved being able to look like her “punzel” doll as she calls it. Well made and would definitely buy again.

It is really hard to get out of the box without messing up the dolls hair, due to all the plastic pieces they attach to her hair.
You would think from the pictures that my toddler daughter cut this dolls hair, but no, this doll came with hair cut like the picture. The shorter hair is gathered into a ponytail and the longer (much smaller section) is wrapped around it in a bun with only thin cheap plastic rubber bands wrapped around both. This is fine, but if you are buying this doll for a toddler, it is clearly not going to stay like that. within an hour of very light play, the longer bun was coming undone and within a few days the ponytail came out completely. It is not easy to put back up either due to how short the hair is and the dramatic difference in hair lengths. If I still had the box, I would be returning this doll as it is clearly cheaply made and not meant to last.
I usually purchase online and never had a problem. Till this last purchase. I received the item, it was not put in box or least a plastic bag for delivery. The item was sent out without packaging and they put the delivery sticker right on the product. The item arrived in horrible condition because it was not packaged at all. Very disappointed.
The delivery process itself was fine. I was notified every step of the way. What I'm left wondering and disturbed about is why my merchandise was not packaged. Both items were not packed in a box or any packaging of some kind. Leaving my entire neighborhood and any potential thief knowing what was sitting on my porch. Allowing them to decide whether or not, they wanted to take it. Luckily I just happened to look at my phone minutes after my order arrived and was able to see through the picture they sent my items were just left out for everyone to see exactly what was sitting on my porch. It just so happens that my daughter wasn't too far away and was able to swing by and pick up my items before anyone had a chance to steal them. This was highly disappointing! I'm expecting my granddaughter's delivery today and suspect the same will occur.
the dolla hair is awful. The top is crooked and short with the bottom being the only part you can put up. once the cheap rubber band came loose ita impossible to fix. it looks like she has an awful mulet
