LOVE this! It works very well and feels so good on my skin. I've used it for several years and it shows. It's pricey but you only need a few drops every evening. When I tell people how old I am they never believe me. I like that!

I have seen the texture of my skin with the daily use of this vitamin C . I wish I could give this blue bottle more than 5 stars.,
Moisturizes your skin! I don't even need a cream or moisturizer gel when I use this serum. Not only does it help make my face look and feel better with a youthful glow, I am also nourishing and protecting my skin. Have tried other vitamin c serums from the dermatologist office and Obagi is the very best.
Obagi Professional-C Vitamin C Face Serum, 20% is the best Vitamin C face serum I have ever tried! It feels light, not heavy like some others I have tried. My skin looks healthier, brighter, and my brown spots appear lighter. I also like the secure cap that I can use while traveling. I do not need to worry about leakage. Definitely, I will buy this again.
I have been using Obaji products for about 13 years. I tried using the over the counter brands ,but nothing makes my face feel, and look as soft n smooth like this product, started using professional C serum instead of # 4 about 6 years ago, and the darks spots are starting to lighten up ,giving me a even skin tone with in a few wks after use. I'm happy you can now order products directly for Obaji, because it can be a hassle sometimes trying to find a clinic that have exactly what you need.
After my dermatologist recommended that I use a vitamin C serum on a patch of damaged skin, as well as my face and neck. Knowing that if I didn't see quick results I probably wouldn't continue to use it, I decided to go with the 20% serum. I also incorporated a toner into my daily routine. Within 3 weeks, I saw healthier, brighter skin on my face and the lines on my neck faded a little. On the patch of damaged skin, I am seeing an improvement, although not as drastic. I used to get unsolicited comments on the extreme redness and I have not received those in a while. I've experienced tingling that a few other reviewers had mentioned, although not uncomfortable and not all over. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
I have been using the Obaji Vitamin C 20% for past few years now. I know this is really good product. However this time, the product is not authentic. Outer packaging looked ok but the actual products is not real. The seal on the bottle was missing. The smell, taste, (yes I apply on my lips too so i know what it tastes like) the consistency and the color (And yes, also know it oxidizes and turn a bit yellow after opening), but noting feels real Obaji 20% vitamin C. The previously purchased same product thru Walmart (different vendor) have been really good, I could start seeing some results after a week of continues use. And if I applied on clean skin, I could feel very light tingling sensation, specially when it touched the broken skin area, it would sting... But this just feels like nothing, very watery. Overall not happy with the purchase and will look for the previous supplier thru Walmart who I purchased from previously.
It really has had no affect on my skin. Therefore, I cannot recommend it. I have used Vitamin C serums for decades and I will not purchase this particular one again. It doesn't give any noticeable results.
This really dried out my skin and I'm not happy with it. I previously had the 10% and loved it. Now I spent an arm and a leg on a product that doesn't work for me :(
