The balls lasted about an hour and were lost forever under the sofa, bed, crib etc. So all that is left is the incredibly annoying clicking that wheels make as my toddler wheels this truck through the house. My son was never interested in the lever to make the dump spin and even if he was it takes more strength than he has to pull it down anyway. So if you don't mind the obnoxious noise, and are just looking for something you baby can push around the house, its an ok toy.
It is a VERY loud toy between the rattleballs, spinner ontop, and loud clicking wheels not to mention when you actually spin the mixer. I dont mind the noise though My problem lies with the fact that if you push the truck while sitting the mixer falls down and when my daughter tries pushing it while crawling or walking she gets hurt again because the mixer part doesnt stay up. My husband attached a piece of velco to it which has helped as long as she doesnt try pushing it while walking or crawling but at least know she can push it away from her without it falling down She has discovered she can fit other things in the mixer and although she cant use the hand for spinning yet she uses her hand to make it go around. and enjoys the balls more without the actual truck
