I got this toy for my son after returning yet another Hot Wheels toy that did not operate properly. He likes playing with this racetrack and I like that it is already put together and folds up. He especially likes when the cars crash into each other.
My four year old is a Ligntning McQueen fan that rivals most NASCAR fans. We bought him this set for his fourth birthday and we are so pleased by this purchase. He can set it up, pack it up and move it all by himself. He can play with it alone or with us. We also purchased the Sally car to race on it and she is fairly equal in weight to Lightning so they have a good race. Purple Ramon is cool but too heavy to race. Love this toy!!!
We bought our kids (4 yrs.) this toy earlier this year and they still use it all the time. The never get tired of seeing how fast all the different cars race around the track. The only negative is it is very loud. Every time they get a new car from the movie "Cars" they can't wait to try it on the track. We have had no problems with this toy and the batteries have lasted a long time.
my son is 4 years old and has almost every cars toy made - department store and disney - and he plays with this a LOT! It hasn't fallen apart which is surprising - seems pretty durable. He uses his other cars on it to race with lightning mcqueen. It does slow down with too many on there - but sometimes they crash then which is always great for a little boy!
This is a pick up and go toy for the kids, its folds up and moves quite easily. My 3 year old has this on everyday. We purchased this for another CARS fanatic like ours! Happy BD DJ! Your mom says ya love it!
This is a handy toy for a trip to Grandma's. It's easy to pack up (even for a 4-yr.-old) and is fun too. My son enjoys it very much. My friends sort of stopped working well after a few weeks but we'll see...
Our 4-year-old LOVES "Cars." This ractrack is simple enough that he can use it w/ ease & fun enough that Daddy loves playing with it with him.
we have had this track for about 6 months now, and by now it is no longer working as well as it should the cars dont "shoot out as well as they could.(my son is a perticular person about not having things get broken and is cautious about his toys being abused expecially for his age) it only gets played with on occasion its too simple for my son (4years old) however it does work better than most tracks out on the market by pixar's cars series. and doesnt work half bad when you first get it but after a few weeks the cars no longer shoot out as well, even after new battery changes. other than that it can be alot of fun, and it has held up for the last six months still running... just needs a new oil job? ;)
I bought this toy for my 4 yr old. It never worked from the onset. The mechanism that shoots the cars out is not powerful enough to do so. The plastic track is very flimsy. My son enjoys playing with it though by manually pushing the cars around in a circle and making car engine noises. I would not recommend this toy to anyone. There are other better Cars tracks.
I bought this for a gift and was very dissapointed in it. The race track wouldnt work at first, it still does not work properly. The cars do not stay on the track very well (we are using disney cars too) The hand pedal doesnt work well either. It is not made well, and doesnt close like it should either. Plus the wheels that push the cars either go to fast or to slow...they just dont work well. Overall it was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend it.
