I order this item for pick up and comes with one of figurines broken. To me the village size is small but too small, it's ok! Need 3 batteries AA. The train and the figurines together moves. Look cute only with the Lights and have chritsmas sound. All turn on with the same switch. More than great for almost $12.00. Sadly mine come with broken figurines. If they put more material protection inside of the box maybe reduce the broken chances.
