This little remote truck is loads of fun ! It's fast and easy to steer. When in motion , the front and rear lights come on for a special effect . It takes two AA batteries for the remote and the car charges on about 6 minutes in the remote . Super cool !
Ok, I did not have high hopes for this little car, at most I figured it would just go forward and backwards and give my kids a few minutes of playtime, boy was I wrong, this works really well. First things first, the car is really small, about the size of a hot wheel car, the body is all plastic and the wheels are a rubber material so they grip the ground well. The controller is also all plastic and small, you need two AA batteries (not included), they power the controller and also the controller is what you use to charge the car, there is a small plastic tab at the top that flips out to plug into the car, charging took about 5-8 min total and each charge would give us at least 15-20 of play time, we have had it almost a week and have not had to replace the batteries. As for the performance it works best on a flat surface like hardwood floors or smooth pavement, it does work on flat low pile carpet but it's not as fast. The handling response is great, its quick and it turns better than some of the larger radio controlled cars out there, and the range is pretty good to, I would say it works best within 50 ft. Also the lights work well, headlights turn on when going forward, and brake likes come on when in reverse (in my photo both lights are on because my son was pushing the switch back and forth). This is definitely a thumbs up from us, even the cats are enjoying watching and sometimes chasing the car around, LOL!
This car is SO fast it's CRAZY!!! I tried to take a picture of it to show that the lights actually light up when you use the controller but the car was too fast. I tried to take a picture of the car while using the remote but it was just a blur. That's how fast the car is. My 10 year old son went crazy when he started playing with it. He's been playing with it for an hour now. He hasn't left it alone.
This little remote control car is awesome! It is very small (the size of a hot wheel car) but it is still really fun! My son loves it! It is really nice that the car charges on the actual remote control. It takes 2 AA batteries. The remote has a little piece that sticks up and then you just stick the car onto it to charge. The red light will come on when it is charging and then it will turn off when it is done charging. The batteries so far have lasted quite a while! My son has charged it multiple times over the last week and it still going strong. It also drives pretty fast for how small it is! It also works on hard floors but does not work on carpet. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves remote control cars. My son is 11 and he has had a lot of fun with it.
This is an incredibly fun little racer car! The first thing that grabbed my attention is seeing that the car only takes 8 minutes to fully charge! The car was easy to connect to the controller for charging and fits smoothly on the plug. Was a fun surprise to see the headlights actually light up while it was racing and it was actually super fast. My 10 and 12 year old had fun playing with this for hours! Me and my husband even had fun trying it out. I would definitely recommend a few to race each other if you have several kids and it's also fun solo playing too.
FINALLY, an RC car that works (& well)! Other RC cars have not worked in our home, due to interferences that I have not been able to locate. The Jeep Gladiator Truck nano racer worked awesome! Key points: • Rqrs 2 AA batteries for controller, not included. • Comes pre-charged and pre-designed (no extra stickers incl) • Very Fast in ALL directions, including reverse, turns & zig zags! • IT DRIFTS! We had SO much fun drifting this little thing on our high gloss kitchen tiles. • Has a "Steering Trim" knob to manually adjust if vehicle begins veering either direction. • Incredibly tight turning radius in forward, (less so in reverse). • Front (white) & reverse (brake) lights. • Runs full speed until it quits. Does NOT seem to lose speed w/a low charge. • Charges fully in 20 minutes! • Removable body replaceable with other hot wheels bodies! • Worked very well on all surfaces in our home. Slowed slightly on our high pile living room rug, which is worn down. • Feels pretty sturdy, given the technology. • Manual included. • 30 day warranty. • Charging port built INTO the controller. • No wires. Charging port flips out from the recessed casement for it. • Port sticks out slightly when not in use, as there are no catching mechanisms in the casement to keep it down. Just an observation. A few extra points that may help, once you receive the car: • Both front and back facing lights flash on car to indicate a low charge. • Solid red light on controller indicates the device is charging. Turns off when fully charged. • Must turn vehicle to "off" while charging. • Red light flashes on controller to indicate pairing. • I recommend reading the instructions/warnings to keep a longer life on it. It's fun and worthwhile. All in all, we're very happy with this nano RC car. My whole family has been having a blast with it. Highly recommend!
My 9 your old simply loves this! It is smaller than expected, but really zooms for its size. He loves that the lights work for real on the car. Headlights light up when driving forward and brake lights light up when going backward. charge is super fast. It only takes about 10 minutes to reach full charge and then you're ready to go. Charge lasts about an hour, so plenty of time for maximum entertainment. I think my son's favorite part of this is how fast it goes and how well you can steer it. Definitely happy!
While I understand nano means small this truck is super tiny. The remote as well. Of course the boys play with it anyway, I was nervous about my youngest playing with it and possibly throwing it in toilet or somewhere else ot could get lost and cause damage. No accidents so far! Controller requires batteries.
This little Adventure Force Nano Jeep is pretty fun! It is pretty tiny so it can be hard to keep up with, but it is super easy to charge as you plug it into the remote that is ran off of batteries. So if you can keep the two together (can even be kept together in a sandwich size bag), it can provide plenty of fun! It does not stay charged for an hour or anything, but at least 20 or so minutes of fun can be had. Also, if you get any amount of hair on the wheel axles, it will go in circles. But it is cool as you can drive it left or right and little lights come on the Jeep when it's being operated! Pretty cool little toy!
I wanted to like this toy because my grandson loves remote control cars and was excited to get this toy. He was having fun playing with it but within 10 minutes 1 wheel came off. I put it back on but it came off again and was lost. I was able to make a makeshift wheel with duct tape. Also, any dust or debris that gets on the tires will cause the car to stall. It's a cute car and the remote control is easy to use. I especially like that you can recharge the car simply by connecting it to the remote. It's a shame that the quality is lacking. $10 is too much for a toy that could break within minutes. He still plays with it but I will not be getting another.
