This particular model works seamlessly with optimum. I'm using a.eero mesh I subscribe to one gig speed no buffering no drop offs works as it is supposed to very satisfied.
works as good as new.... the modem started blinking and not connecting to internet after 1 month of use, decided to return, but found out that the issue was not the modem, it was the Comcast line in the backyard. Fixed it and no blinking issues after that. We are keeping it, thank you Seller!!
Internet speed jumped from 250 mbps to 350 mbps with this upgrade from an older modem. Simple changeout and seems to be holding steady after three weeks of continuous use.
I've been looking for a modem for a while and doing so much research. I am so happy I picked up this Netgear modem because it instantly gave me 4 times faster speeds than what I had. No more disconnected internet or hard installation. This is the best option ever! You saved my life and the gamers/podcasters in the house are finally happy!
With my Spectrum internet,I didn't expect a big change, just wanted to stop renting. Wow, speeds were much better. My whole network is better, even the Roku.
Very fast speed and very fast installation. From some of the negative reviews I think a lot of people are not sure what to do and get frustrated. They need help but instead write negative reviews!
Works as it should. Consistent gig speeds. Setup was a little problematic, but not too bad. Haven't had it long enough to comment on reliability over time.
I have not yet installed/used the product, makes me wonder why it was returned and then sold again since it was obviously opened.
The problem is, certain devices keep disconnecting and a wireless printer can't stay connected more than a minute at a time. That wireless printer is within 20 feet. 2.4ghz is less reliable than 5ghz and I have to use 5ghz in my bedroom normally where I have to use a 2.4ghz. This makes no sense.
It's not working as it should plus I had to go back to Xfinity WiFi box
