I purchased two of these viewers for my grandson's, ages 5 and 7. They really enjoyed them but the quality of material and overall construction isn't what it used to be when I was their age. But then . . . nothing is. LOL These are great as a diversion toy to pull off the shelf for a once in a while treat. Otherwise, I think they will start falling apart quickly with over handling.
This is a very low tech toy, I got it for my grandkids. I was very happy to get mine me an my sister when we were young I never 4got them I loved them hope my grandkids well 2

It's great that this still captures their attention. An they get excited to see animals up close. Great for our next vacation and or quiet time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 yr old loves this classic viewmaster. I had one when I was younger and I loved it. I decided to get her one too and she loves it too. So much so, that she already lost 1 reel. Pictures on reels are super clear and look HD. I need to buy her more reels. This is a great toy and has very good quality material. We're definitely enjoying it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The View-Master Classic Viewer brings back a lot of memories from my childhood. This View-Master is a lot like the original version with its red body and orange lever. The 3D photos are gorgeous, and my daughter loves to look through them over and over. Each photo has interesting facts to learn about the animals you are viewing, you can read these facts by pulling the viewer away from your face and looking at the space right above where you look. Some of the facts are not centered correctly, so they can be a little tricky to read, but you can always pull the reel out and read them that way. It is best to view these images towards a source of light to get the clearest view of each photo. I hope I can find my old View-Master reels to share with my child.
Very old school. Grands loved it. But the extra reels are too expensive
The viewer is flimsy, however it works just fine. I can't complain considering the price.
They work perfectly!! Glad they are still available!!
Flimsy and the picture gets stuck and doesn't want to advance to next photo.
