I have no problem work the actual LOL purchase, the seller NitroGen USA is where the problem is.... I ordered 3 LOL surprise dolls, I received two shipping notices 1 was coming December 8th the other 2 were coming December 14th. I only received the first shipment but was charged for all 3 when the one shipped, when I contacted the seller on 12/17/20 he got back to me on 12/22/20 and said they were all in one bubble wrap so I must have received them all. I would never recommend anyone but from this seller.
