I bought this for our family get-together at Thanksgiving. Two 7-yr. olds and a 16 mo. old sat at their "own" table. I found a cute paper tablecloth at Walmart that was full of activities to keep the kiddies busy. They colored turkeys, did word searches, played tic-tac-toe, and connect the dots. The littlest one just enjoyed using the crayons and markers. They loved the umbrella and talked about our family's beach outing this past July. The table was delivered before it was even needed and my sister and I put it together in a matter of minutes, using just a screwdriver and the 4 bolts that were supplied!!! It is durable for small children, will store easily until the next family holiday, and when they come to spend time at Grammy's. It will be great for lunch or supper visits, too!
I am so happy I bought this for my grandchildren. It is the perfect size for them, ages 4-2. The table and chairs were so easy to snap together, and are very sturdy. The umbrella will be great for picnics this summer.
I bought this for my grandchildren (twins-boy and girl) 2nd birthday. They love it. It is the cutest thing ever. Sturdy and is very good quality. Their Mom even takes it inside for them to eat at.
We bought this set for our grandson. Wanted to get him the Fisher-Price set our children had (circa 1990), but it is no longer made. Did lots of research and read lots of reviews this set came out on top. It is well made, easy to assemble and sturdy enough for toddler's play. An assembly tip: As others have pointed out, the top attaches to the table legs with 8 screws (provided). There are indentations molded in the plastic where the screws go, but the holes are not started. The directions suggest using a screwdriver to start the holes and drive the screws. I had much better results using a cordless drill with a phillips bit. Use light pressure and slow speed; the screw will turn for a second or two until it bites into the plastic, then quickly drills the rest of the way home. Do not overtighten or the plastic will strip.
I was looking for something that could be used outdoors and indoors and this set is perfect for that. It is light weight and still sturdy, at least for my 2 years old. It is the only one I found that chairs aren't attached to the table which makes it easy to move around.
We purchased this table and chairs for our daughter for Christmas. She loves it, especially the umbrella. It was a little bit smaller than I had imagined, but it will be good for her for maybe the next year.
The set is cute and I really liked that it came with 4 chairs and not two. The only thing I would change is the umbrella. I would want it a bit bigger and a little higher. It is great for boys and girls.
I had been looking for a product like this for quite a while. I love that it came with four chairs. The only thing I wish were different is larger chairs. They are small in comparison with the table. The children loved playing with it.
I bought this item for my 2 years old. She loves it especially the umbrella! She loves identify colors & shapes. Very sturdy seems like. Super easy to put together & great color combination too. So glad I bought it just in time for some nice sunny weather.
The table and umbrella are perfect, I was very disappointed with the chairs. They are too light, my 3yr old great niece picked up a chair and put it over her head.
