[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TheTreasure X S5 Shark's Treasure has so many things going on. Lots of levels and even comes with Hunter who you can rescue from the shark! Lots of fun in this one! It can be used over and over again. The magic part is seeing it fizz up to the top. I would buy this for kids and adults because this is just too much fun not too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son absolutely loves toys that have surprises in them. This shark's treasure toy is so much fun! First you start by opening up the bottle with your sword (included and stored in the bottle stand), then you must free the skeleton toy figure from the sharks jaws (this is done by pressing the sharks back fun), then you get to actually cut open the sharks belly (follow the lines) with your sword. After that more surprises are inside! Pull out the bag and open it up to discover items covered in slime! Inside we found a saddle , treasure, and more. The little figure can now ride the shark! The treasure chest you throw into water (we used the bottom of the bottle) to reveal more items. I even had a blast watching my son play with this. This set comes with the following: - Bottle and stand - shark - skeleton figure - harpoon launcher - map/instructions - saddle for the shark - treasure chest - weapon - slime And I'm sure I'm missing some stuff. But you just have to try this for yourself. This was too fun! I would absolutely recommend for children 5 years and up.

I loved the treasure x sunken gold shark's treasure I got a golden crab for my treasure. This is a must have for any treasure x collectors. If only my mom understood about me being a collector.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to get one of these Treasure X sets for my two boys so I chose this item because of the number of levels. We have purchased smaller Treasure X items and they really enjoyed them. I will say, it's not great for sharing as far as completing the tasks, because some of the "levels" are not as fun as others. They were very excited to discover the real gold plated treasure as well as all of the little toy items these come with. While my 13 year old really likes the smaller kits, but this larger kit did not have as many of the fun "dig" aspects as we expected. When all is said and done, the playset is really nice and you end up with a really good quality pirate ship toy that younger kids will really enjoy. These sets are a lot of fun and very interactive, I will definitely purchase Treasure X items again for my kids.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of Treasure X or the Treasure X Sunken Gold Shark's Treasure. Of course, with YouTube Kids, my son had. When I talked to him about getting it, he was ecstatic. So, we picked one up. For my part, it's a cool little set (which definitely requires adult supervision when first ‘opening it.' You get a shark contained in a plastic bottle (think ship in a bottle). It's a cool concept. A plastic knife and instructions on how to open the bottle (with the knife no-less) are in the base that holds the bottle. I let my 8-year-old do almost all the work... but closely supervised this step in the process as the knife, although plastic, has a serrated edge that can cut someone (like a really excited kiddo) if they rush to open the bottle to get inside and/or to dissect the shark. My son said something about slime in this set. I didn't know what to expect, so we placed a plastic trash bag under everything while he set to work. The bottle opened easily enough with a twist of the knife. Inside is the shark and a plastic trident. Once you open the bottle, you have to dissect the shark's underbelly. He struggled with this a little (again, over-excited). I held the shark while he sliced it open. The process was pretty cool actually. I thought that the knife would pierce a packet or something and ooze would drip out. After he carefully sliced open the center of the shark's belly, reaching inside the shark's belly cavity, he found a sealed packet and a well-wrapped treasure chest. The packet instructs you to use the included knife to open the packet. Ummm, no. That approach had ‘potential problem' written all over it for a number of reasons. We used scissors, nicked the top of the bag, and let him open it up. Inside the bag is blue slime with a character embedded in it. The slime wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I was thinking mucous consistency (like ghostbuster slime). The slime was a cross between putty and mucous. So, it didn't run everywhere or cause a mess… despite online pictures suggesting otherwise (maybe manufacturers changed the formula?). He dug in and pulled out the little character. Next was the treasure chest. My kiddo needed help with the treasure chest wrapping. The reason they wrap the chest so well is so water doesn't get into it. I later learned (although my son already knew) that you have to fill half the bottle the shark came in with water and submerge the chest in the water to open the chest. He did that. Bubbles sprang from the chest and out popped a little squid. The chest is one-time use only, which kind of disappointed my son… but it was cool how it worked. After reading about this thing online afterward, I guess there's a possibility (1 in 8 chance according to the manufacturer's site) that you can get a gold-coated coin from the chest. We got a squid… sooo. The set itself is cool. The shark is aggressive looking (which little kids love). It's mouth opens and closes when you press its rear fin. The armor is colorful, aggressive, and also pretty cool. The little skeleton character is freaky (again, which little kids love), has moveable arms and legs, and is able to hold on to the shark. Apparently you can only get this skeleton with this set… something my son was really excited about. The skeleton can hold the trident, or the trident can be placed in a compartment on the side of the shark. Your kiddo is supposed to flick the trident to fire it from the trident holder. As much as my son loved this set, the fact that the trident is hard to fire from the holder was a big criticism. He said I should take a star off for that, so I did. All in all, this is a really cool, interactive set. I'm glad we got it for him. He played with it for some time before he had to go to bed and plans to use it in the tub and pool. FWIW, I think I can recommend this as a solid four-star purchase that will entertain your little one for quite awhile.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Treasure X s5 sunken shipwreck Pset is a great toy. It has 25 levels of adventure that my child loved. The ship has everything secret traps, cannon, sand, gold, a skeleton captain and so much more.
Bought two one for each of my youngest sons. I ease not really impressed with the quality. It is cheaply made and not a toy that will last four long. Seems like it would be broken easily during normal play. It is also very messy and the little knife is very sharp so definitely needs adult help to open it.
My son received this for his birthday. He was so excited until he noticed that the skeleton that was supposed to be on the front of the ship was missing. I contacted the company, but they have never replied. So disappointing.
