My grandchild 9 yrs old played with this for a few hrs. Running around the house she was able to shoot at anything without breaking it. The balls are nerf soft and it comes with a lot of them. Just fill up the cup on top of the gun close the top and shoot. It states on the box for 14 years old and up. I don't know why its 14, My granddaughter is 9 and she did fine with it. I didn't see any danger in the toy at all However the only thing I didn't like was taking the cover off for the batteries. It was a little difficult, I didn't realise that the screw never comes all the way out. Which is a smart idea so it doesn't get lost. But I kept trying to get it off, until I realised it supposed to stay on. Then once I put the NOT INCLUDED 6 D batteries in. I had a difficult time trying to put the cover back on. It wouldn't slide back on as easy. It could have been just me, but it did take me a few mins. It's a very sturdy gun. it has 2 triggers one to get the motor running and the other to shoot the balls at your target. It has a few color strips that you can change in case you have teams, just pick a color and attach it to the side of the gun near the triggers. The balls also shoot out with a good amount of power. About 15 feet before it loses its power. I had fun with it myself. (and I'm 63.) lol I do recommend this product.

But still the kids can have fun playing.... Battery powered, we have no idea yet, how long it will last on the batteries....At this time, we know it is a Awesome Gun and so much Fun to play with...…..Even me and my Grown Son loves to play, when we can...…….LOL Great Fun for the whole family...…...so buy several …… The shooting range is a lot better than what we thought it would be.....Those little soft balls went across the street into the neighbors yard...…….LOL If you are a kid looking to gain an edge over your friends in a ball blasting battle, or a parent who wants to dominate in the next backyard foam projectile war this is the product to have... This is a fun little gun! We set up targets all over the back yard and it was a very fun time. There were a couple of negatives: namely that it requires SIX “D” batteries. That nearly cost as much as the toy itself! So in other words, double the price of the gun in order to use and play with it. From my perspective, it shoots well (accurate). I really like the twenty five rounds- that is more than any other of these kinds of guns we have owned or played with- so that is awesome. We lost one round while playing and I really like that we can purchase more from Walmart! I was also reading that those are compatible with other guns and we are thinking of getting another along with the extra rounds.
We have owned many different shooter toys for my son and I. We like to have what we call War at least 2 times a month. We usually go to this park and bring all of our guns and ammo and play scenarios. This gun though it pretty awesome. We used it several times now and had a blast. Firstly it requires 6 D batteries that do not come with it. Or you can buy a battery pack for it. It comes with colored markers so you can play on teams. Which is cool. The hopper holds 25 rounds which it comes with but you can buy more. We bought some more and kept them on us while playing to refill. What's cool is it is compatible with Nerf brand so you can buy rounds or their battery pack to use with it. The balls themselves are soft and don't hurt which is awesome. I have a 13 year old son who likes to shoot at his little sisters who are 3 and 7 so I'm glad they don't hurt. We just have a rule of no head shots. A lot of times they will use it for target practice and hang a target or pick a target and take turns shooting. It's got good distance and pretty good accuracy. And with the batteries it lasted a long time so far playing with it buy not sure how long they will go. But it works great and is a lot of fun to play with. We definitely recommend one for the whole family. Good old fashioned family fun times. I did get to try this for free through the Spark review program but the opinions here are my own experience.
This ball blaster is for ages 14 and up. My son is 13 and he loves it as much as I do. You will need 6 D size batteries which are not included. They are easy to install, just follow the simple directions. I might add it is simply a cool looking blaster with vibrant colors that anyone would love. The hopper on top holds the 25 balls that comes with it. They are soft too. I put one between my thumb and finger and could easily squeeze it together. You also get color team markers for when playing against others. It has a trigger lock which is great. It is also compatible with other round nerf ball blasters. and I tried it with other balls and had no major issues Now, while playing from time to time I did have to shake the hopper as the balls were stuck, but it was no biggy as every time I shook it, the blaster worked right away. This minor issue happened with any of the balls I used, but like I said no biggy. More than anything I love the quality time I get to spend with my son having so much fun. I would only add to wear some type of safety goggles even though the balls are soft it is better to be safe. As my title states this blaster is a blast and I would highly recommend it, but if you do not already own one order 2 of them.
This blaster is a fun one! It shoots a good distance with good accuracy and best of all it doesn't hurt when a sibling “accidentally” gets shot! The kiddos have already come up with several of their own games. They shoot at the basketball hoop behind door and keep score. They placed a small trash can across the room to see who could make most shots it fires fast and furious. Fun for the entire family. I was provided this product in exchange of trying the product and then providing my review. We are already looking to ordering another one online. So glad to have the opportunity to review this awesome gun.
The Adventure Force Motorized Ball Blaster is a fun toy. The blaster shoots the small, foam rubber balls at a pretty high velocity and is fairly accurate. It comes with 25 balls and it's pretty easy to go through 25 shots since the Blaster is semi automatic. The balls bounce pretty good and with the velocity the Blaster shoots them at you have to be aware that the ball can bounce back at you depending on what you are shooting at. Eye protection might not be a bad idea. The operation of this Blaster is two motorized wheels spin in opposite directions when you press the lower trigger. You can hear the motors spin, and when you pull the main trigger a plunger forces a ball inbetween the wheels and it shoots the ball out of the barrel. There is also a trigger safety switch that helps to prevent accidentally discharging the Blaster. The only downside is because the Blaster uses 6 D cell batteries it is very heavy. This isn't an issue for older / bigger kids or adults but for smaller kids it can be an issue.
This is a super fun tactical toy for older kids or adults to play with. It shoots fast and hard, so it is definitely not recommended for younger children. This gun does need 6 D batteries. I recommend trying to find rechargeable ones as it would be worth the investment as you're going to want to play with this and will burn through the batteries. The 6 D batteries also make this a heavier toy than you would expect, but it's worth building your forearms for the hours of fun you're going to have with this! You will need to shake the hopper now and then to keep it auto feeding, but you're going to LOVE the shooting capacity on this gun. It beats name brand competitors hands down, and you can use multiple different brands of balls. This is built with an anti-jam flywheel, and I have had no issues with jamming while playing with this.
This ball blaster is really an awesome toy. You can alternate colors to show which team you're on. I like that the team colors are standard red & blue, which seems to match other team themed "battle" toys. One con for me though is that it requires SIX D batteries, which adds some weight to it. Overall, My teens and I like this blaster, it's fun!
My son already has one of these that doesn't take batteries so since This one took batteries I figured it would be better. I thought it would have like a rapid Firing trigger as well. When really it's just makes loud noises and has 2 triggers. I did switch batteries as well and no change. It look 6 Dbatteries so Definitely added weight as well.
