Ben first gains this form while battling with Doctor Vicktor in Be Afraid of the Dark, during which time Vicktor accidentally grabs the Omnitrix. Ben uses the form later in the same episode to fight Ghostfreak. The credits give the forms name as Benvicktor, even though Ben himself has yet to name it.
