I liked this product a lot! The only thing I did not like was the number of the sticks and cloths for the procedure. I think it is enough for only one time if you do all necessary body parts (arms, legs, eye brows, and bikini). There needs to be more. Other than that, the product is great!
I loved this product since day one.. I was so excited; I waxed my eyebrows the same day it was delivered. They turned out great! I would suggest that you view the tutorial CD before practicing. They show you great tips, such as, maneuvers that allow you to use the same wax strip multiple times. Would recommend to anyone!
Works exact same as salon. Everything you need to do a professional job. Pays for itself in just a couple applications. Follow instructions and it will go very smoothly.

i just gave myself an upper lip and arm wax and that would have been $30+ worth of service at the usual nail salon and spa i go to! This is my first time using it and I recommend it to everyone. You will get your $$ worth. The unit itself is great, heats up wax and keeps it at a consistent temperature. Comes with a wax, all the creams and gels for pre- and after-care, applicators and cloth strips. Satin Smooth wax refills are sold everywhere too.
This wax kit arrived 1 day before the anticipated date. I have used it on myself 4 times in the past 2 months. I have also had numerous friends use it. We all LOVE it. I know owning this wax kit has saved me more money than going to the salon to get waxed. I am lucky enough to have a friend that went to cosmetology school and does the wax for me; therefore, I don't have any application tips. But I can tell you we haven't had a single problem with this entire kit. I did use the wooden sticks and the "paper" for the wax removal rather quickly. But I went to Sally's and they sell the exact same brand of wax and supplies for what I consider a decent price. They even have all of the different types of wax you can get (for face, legs, underarms, sensitive skin, etc). I do recommend watching the DVD that it comes with before getting started because I did burn myself when I had the heat too high, but that was my mistake for not watching the video first. I highly recommend this product to everyone....even men!
You definately have to read the instructions to get the product to work right but overall I think it was more so needing to know how to wax versus there being a problem with the product. Once the wax is sufficiently heated it goes on smooth. If you dont mind putting in the work this does just as good a job waxing as going somewhere and you save so much money.
