I love to use this product it is so easy to use. It leaves such a smooth finish. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
Long time fan of these warmers
This is ONLY THE WARMER and NOT COMPLETE KIT as advertised. It is only the warmer and nothing else.
I bought 4 double warmers for my brow studio less than 2 years ago and they all stopped working at the same time in the last 2 weeks. The company didn't even make an effort to replace them instead just told me about their warranty and tried to offer a discount. I have another double wax warmer that has lasted me 6 years. Will not purchase again and will not recommend it to other estheticians.
Item does not arrive with anything but warmer and 4 cardboard collars! It is missing several items. Walmart.com replaced the item for it to only show up once agian with only the warmer and 4 cardboard collars. Manufacture is not reachable and I would not recommend this item as it is not what it appears to be in the description. One poor christmas present purchase on my part!
Do. Not. Buy. It's literally just the warmer itself. It clearly states it's the whole kit including the wax, strips, Etc. but it was just the warmer. Very disappointing.
