I buy this wax all the time. It will not burn the client if you are careful to take the wax from the top and not near the outside edges or the bottom of the pot where the warmer heats it up. You'll need a popcicle stick to leave in the wax, to push the hardened, cooled top layer to the side every once in a while so you can get the softer wax. I only have my warmer set just below medium heat because it has a low melting point as well. I also will take a few seconds twirling the stick to let it cool, - because I don't blow on the wax as that is unsanitary. I like to use it for the inner bikini line for a Brazilian, underarms, and some facial waxing. I'll use Scarlett berry disks for the midline of the Brazilian and have great results. I work it onto the skin in a firm back and forth swipe with a wax stick to get the hair worked in to the wax. Its adhesive to the hair without being to harsh on the skin if you press on it before you pull the strip to release it from the skin.
I bought this wax yesterday and it was horrible! It was so thick and hard but if I warmed it up any more it would've burned my client. The color was beautiful though. But the quality sucked!
