Bacon, Premium, Applewood Smoked, Sliced 16 oz (1 lb) Smoked with real applewood. US inspected and passed by department of agriculture. A family tradition since 1931. Keep refrigerated. Cooking: For best flavor, do not overcook. To Pan Fry: Place slices of bacon in a cold skillet. Cook over Low-Medium heat to desired crispness, turning frequently. When done, drain bacon on paper towel. To Broil: Preheat broiler 10 minutes. Place separated bacon slices on broiler rack or pan 4 inches below heat, broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Separate slices and place on a shallow pan or rack 15-20 minutes. No turning or draining necessary. To Microwave: Place bacon slices between two paper towels and lay on microwave-safe plate. Cook at High power 1 minute per slice. Cooking time may vary.
