i got this for my 3 month old son and it works great its way worth the price and it very accurate
Bought this for my daughter and as a breast feeding mother it gives her such peace of mind to be able to weigh her son every day to know he's getting what he needs. Worth every penny and more to me for the peace of mind it brings her.
I love it! It even game me ounces for my newborn. The best thing is that it has a growth chart so you can track the percentile of your newborn in the first few months. Thanks bebesounds!
It's not the best, not the worst either. It's an affordable option and you get an accurate reading, it's just a little slower than the more expensive options.
Turns on too slow, off too fast. I came to walmart to replace this product, which I had purchased elsewhere. First, this turns on too slow. When you turn it on, it displays the memory weight first, for 5 or 10 seconds. You cannot bypass this. Only then is it 'ready'. You cannot place your baby (or puppy, in my case) on the scale UNTIL it is 'ready' otherwise it will not figure the weight. However, once it is 'ready', it turns itself off in about 10 seconds! So you have to wait 10 seconds, then you only have a 10 second window to put your baby or puppy on the scale. This is very inconvenient.
We returned this product. When the baby is moving, the scale cannot take an accurate measurement. We bought the product to do "feed & weighs" to make sure our baby was eating enough, but this scale is not good enough to do that.
I purchased this scale on Jan. 31, 2008 and by Feb 20th it was not showing the entire number on the digital screen. Like a "5" would have missing segments, so then maybe it's really a "3" or even an "8". I am very disappointed and plan to return it today.....
This scale worked wonderfully for about six months. Unfortunately, the digital display stopped working, rendering it useless.
This product only works maybe once every 5 times you want to use it. My son is very ill and needs weighed three to four times a week,but when you turn on the scale it is either frozen or you put him on the scale to weigh him and it will hold at 6 punds or 8 pounds (he weighs 13 pounds) so it is definately not worth the money because it is so unreliable I still need to go to the doctor for acurate weights
