These boxes were so pretty in a big basket on the table at my daughter's reception. I filled them with metallic royal purple shreds and put hershey kisses (silver bells) in them. With the silver ribbon on the clear box they were beautiful. I made 200 by myself and they folded easily and held their shape. You have to crease the edges before folding them together. If you don't they won't stay together. Tying the ribbon around them kept the box from opening up on top. I received tons of compliments on how elegant they looked. No problems printing the tags either. The template worked perfectly.
I searched far and wide for favor boxes at many different locations. Not only was Walmart the best price, but it also provided a silver/grey ribbon and tags. I was a little concerned because I had no idea the final dimensions of the box, which after assembling the box and measuring the dimensions are ~2.5" x 2.5" x 1.5". Also, there are no instructions on how to put the box together, but after a little effort I figured it out. I was able to fit 10 hershey kisses in the box. Again, although this product is not the most user friendly, for those shopping on a budget this product is well worth it.
these boxes are a great way to personalize your wedding. at first i wasn't planning on having favors, but the boxes were so inexpensive and pretty!
I love love love this product they really were a statement at my wedding!! i filled them with red shreaded foil and some silver kisses and a couple thank you mints and they really were a hit!! i had a little trouble finding the templetebut i went to www.gsquaredtemplates.com and found it easily and would absolutly recommend these favors but i would tell you to get help putting everything together it took me forever!!!
I ordered these boxes for my upcoming wedding reception as favors. The box assembled easily. I was able to do the first kit in a short amount of time. The size of the box is adequate to fit a hand full of mints, almonds or 5-6 Hershey's kisses. The only down side is that the template for the tags is no longer available throught the Wilton website, or at least not one that matched the sheets the kit brings. If the tags are a minor detail to you as they are to me...then the box is a great buy.
The product was excellent; however, the description on the website for this product is very misleading and lacking much detail. The product box does not give dimensions for the product (each individual box size) and neither does the website.
Ok. I only bought this product because of the last review and to my expectations I found myself to have mix feelings about the product. First, the boxes are a plastic sort of product and when you bend the edges to make the boxes they can become easily damaged. The boxes don't really stay together well either. I was going to return them but my fiancee was like once you put something in them and put the bow on people won't even notice them. Now, that's what made me change my mind and that's why I did not return them. The boxes are OK, but I would not recommend them.
