This is the first die I used and found it to be very quick and handy for whittling down the small scraps in my stash to usable pieces. I especially like the half-square triangles. It is simple easy to cut color and background together and then take them to the sewing machine. Run them through quickly and you have usable units in no time at all.
I just purchased this die when I bought my Go Baby earlier this month and had already started a quilt using half square triangles. I need quite a few 4 1/2 squares to go with it. This die made it so easy (and so accurate ) that finishing this quilt will be SO easy. thank-you
This die is my go to when I need squares that are 2-1/2”. The larger 4-1/2” square is also very useful for adapting patterns to work with the AccuQuilt Go!
this die came with my GO cutter. I love it. i didnt realize how important it would become until i made a pinwheel baby quilt! everyone loved the quilt! now i have requests for pinwheel quilts ! it was easy to use, and accurate! i couldnt make pinwheels without it!!! thanks accuquilt! :-)
I can't believe how easy it is to make the beautiful star patterned quilt that was included with this die. If I had known this before, I would have ordered sooner. I have never made anything with triangles and squares. thank you Accuquilt great product at a great price.
I was glad to have chosen this die for it has provided a good start to exploring the use of dies. I was so so excited to learn that it can be used also to cut strips using the large square and folding fabric in a concertina fashion! Now that is good value!
I received this die with my Go cutter it was great from the first cut! It is easy to use weather you are just using it for the squares or triangles. I just started cutting the entire die to set aside the extras for a scrappy quilt down the road! Must have in your accuquilt collection!

Like other reviewers have noted, this is a great die for scraps. I like to cut up my scraps using this die so they are ready for a project. It makes my scraps more organized, and take up less space! Since I actually wanted to make a quilt using the small square, I purchased the die that has 9 of them on it. It's much more efficient and creates less waste.
I have to admit this is my least favorite die in my collection. I never cut the entire die in one fabric making it inefficient. The featured components are so close together it makes it hard to cut any combinations of fabrics and shapes in a single pass. I am planning to purchase separate dies for the shapes I use most often. I would not recommend purchasing this die to anyone who makes quilts.
