I LOVE this machine, It does everything. I have made tshirts from printable htv as well as regular htv, Made nearly every decoration for my daughters wedding from signage, cake topper, programs , invitations etc. I have address graduation invitations with the sketch pens and have made numerous decals as well. I have saved so much money byt making personlized one of a kind gifts for every holiday.
I use this machine fro everything! Birthday party decor, holiday cards, vinyl decals, scrapbooking, my planner, halloween costumes, custom home decor, t-shirts, and so much more! The Cameo 3 is an amazing machine! I feel like the cutting machines are all very similar, buy the Silhouette software is a thousand times better than all of the other competitors software! I can design anything with their system and it is extremely easy to learn! If you love to make your own designs for apparel, home decor, and pretty much everything else in your life, you will love the Silhouette! This is my third as i have owned the Cameo, Cameo 2, and now the Cameo 3, and I can't imagine my craft life without it! Get one ! You wont regret it.

Fabulous machine there are so many uses for it. Best advice learn to use all the features of the machine. Being a craftsperson I use almost daily. I have earned many dollars using it. Read the tutorials and go to Youtube and watch videos for ideas.
Once you get the hang of the software and do your first cut, you'll be in love! I purchased this to make shirts, cups, and sunglasses for my BFFs bachelorette party. The cost to buy and personalize those things from other people cost just as much as the Cameo. It was fun to make everything and I had no clue you can do so many projects with it! I love it! Easy to use!
The Cameo is a great tool for creating custom vinyl decor and other craft projects. We used it to spruce up our kids' playroom with colorful vinyl, to make custom invitations for special events, and even to customize our daughter's paper mache bison for a school project. I really like how feature-rich the Silhouette Studio software is, and the precision of the cutting. I also like that I am able to use the software offline.

I am happy of my purchase. I thought it will be very hard to set it up. I read some review before that it's hard and it's not working. But in my experience it's was so easy and it's quick to set up. I use my laptop and less than 30 min I am cutting my first decal. I don't have any experience creating decals in the past. Thanks to the video posted by several people. I learned from them.
Great. Program is easy to use. But sometimes it messes up and you don't know till after and if you have the same pattern/writing multiple times on the vinyl, each design has the same mistake...... that can be frustrating but fortunately vinyl isn't that expensive. Sometimes it takes the initiative to start cutting a pattern without you telling it to.. so just make sure you unload it before, or look at your computer to make sure you cancel the process before it starts!!!
There is a definite learning curve to using the software. It is not the most intuitive to use, but there are a lot of you tube videos about how to do specific things. The cutter itself works great. Lost one star just because of the software, but I would still buy this again knowing what I know now.
