My only complaint is the tablecloth is white not blue like stated
This does not come with invites or thank you's .... They need to fix the description.
Glad I ordered this site to store. When the customer assistant went to open the box it was missing the thank-you cards and invitations. Thankfully three people where there to help me and I ended up with some, but never thought it was going to take a hour to go pick up the bundle. The table cloth is plain pink like shown in the picture, but the silverware I got was white.
Picture shows much better than you get. No invitations in this pack & cheep WHITE table cloth, not blue like the flatware.
I like the product but I never got the invitation and thank you note packet that should of came with the package they re-shipped me the product and I still didn't get the invitation and Thank you note packets.
I ordered this for my daughter's birthday and when it came in it did not include the invitations or thank you notes. I called and they rushed me a new one free of charge but it also was missing the invites and thank you notes. Very unhappy. I went to a different site to order the invites. Glad I plan way ahead of time!
These are the same items as many of the individual Frozen party supplies that are available, but in the convenience of a package. It's a major disappointment, however, when two of the key items - being the invites and thank you notes - are missing! Given that I'm the second person to have this happen (based on the other current review at this time) it seems like this could be an ongoing problem. I found it a bit odd that the items didn't actually come in a package but were loosely shipped in a box... This sees to have made it much easier to miss the items that should have been packaged. I also received a plain white plastic table cloth, not the Frozen hallmark one that you can buy separately. The tablecloth wasn't in the website picture and I apparently assumed incorrectly that it would be the Frozen version in this package. Very disappointed and now dealing with the hassle of a return and replacement order; hoping the second set comes with all the items.
I usually read reviews for this reason. My mistake. Obviously this is an on-going issue. I did not receive the invitations and thank you cards (along with all of the other reviewers). The table cloth I got was pink (which is fine, but not the same as the photo) My "silverware" is white which is disappointing. My suggestion? Buy the items individually - you only save money if the invitations and thank you cards were actually included. Not to mention you will be able to choose your colors for the tablecloth and silverware. Now I have to order some thank you cards - will be doing that through a different retailer.
i bought this thinking it would be great for my sister's birthday party. It was the worst and cheapest party set i could have ever gotten i had to go back to the store and get new things! i ended up spending way to much money on this party because i thought it would be a nice set but no it was a waist of money! and not to mention i did not get the invitations or the thank you notes! i will never buy a party set again online! And i have planed lots of party's for other people and my siblings and never had this happen i am very disappointed.
