My twins loved this and could stayed in it for hours.. they are a yr old now and 1 is to big for it but the other is smaller and still enjoys being in it and spinning it around to look at everything..
After reading the other reviews, I'm surprised! My 7 month old son LOVES the bounce bounce, and I've recommended it to many friends already. He bounces just fine in it! It has the same amount of bounce as your average exersaucer- a comparable product. This item is not designed to be comparable to a jumparoo or Johnny-Jump up. It's a playstation! However, it DOES bounce as much as any other exersaucer on the market. We've also got an evenflo exersaucer, and he happens to like the bounce bounce much better. As far as set up, I agree that parts were confusing - especially the platform, but really, it took minimal time. And the amount of toys is less than the standard, more expensive exersaucers contain - it has less than the activity zone of it's own brand. There are, however, several areas to which you are able to clip additional toys with links. Overall, I love this product, and would buy it five times over!
bought this for my daughter. she loves it ALOT! Only thing i don't like is that it doesn't have very many toys to it. Putting it together was pretty easy till it got to the platform part. putting the bungee part together was kind of confusing but got it together. other than that its a really good product.
Let me first say the initial reason I purchased this exersaucer was because I have limited space in my house and this one took up less room. That being said, this product is EXACTLY what it says it is. The reviews from people expecting a JUMPER should not purchase something that BOUNCES! They are two different products designed for two different purposes. The platform gives resistance which BOUNCES the baby up as opposed to them putting their feet down on a hard, rigid surface. If someone can't look at a JUMPER and this product and see the obvious design differences then that is their fault for being inattentive. Although this model does not have as many toys as others, that is the price you pay for conserving space, not to mention it costs half what other exersaucers cost. Also, to the parents being upset that their babies get "bored" too quickly, babies have a short attention span. Period. These products are designed to entertain a baby when they are ready to be engaged, not babysit a baby. If the child cries after 5 minutes its because it needs something besides a toy at that moment. Final word, great product, not misleading, great value!
As usual my brother bought a different item than the one I requested. But I was pleasantly surprised by this activity center. My 5 month-old loves it. The leaf toy is especially useful for her to gum now that she's teething. This toy keeps her busy for 20 minutes at a time (which for her is great, and really what you would expect for an infant). She is too small to bounce (even with the platform on the highest level). But she has plenty of time to grow into this toy. The legs seem a little wobbly as they give a little when she's placed in it. But it holds up well once she's in it. My baby tends to get overstimulated (and I really hate electronic toys). But this toy has just enough toys that she can manipulate with some effort without getting frustrated over overstimulated. Toys can also be added using the rings. This is a great toy for the price. This is one mistake I'm glad my brother made!
my lil girl is only two months old but she constantly trys to stand up so we bought her this, she cant quite sit up by herself but is getting there and she loves the color... her favorite is green... and weve sat her in there holding her up and she seems to like it especially the mirror. its easy to put togethr but the instructions i thought werent as easy as they shoulda been
I found this product at my local walmart for cheaper than it is on line my four month old son loves it in short spells he loves chewing on the leaf and turning the flower thank you bright stars for giving me back my bathroom time
Bought this jumper in the store for part time use as I watch a infant twice a week. The baby hates it and doesn't keep her entertained for long. I went with this product because the price was right. Thought this might be as good as the fisher price one. I was wrong and did not do any research before buying. Big mistake! This product does not bounce at all! Dumb name for a product that doesn't even bounce. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more and get a better quality jumper. I am taking mine back and getting the Fisher Price Jumperoo. Next time I will do a little more research before I buy.
I bought this just to use on our lower level while I did laundry or worked out and had to keep my 8 month old out of trouble. A few weeks ago one of the tall toys broke so it won't snap in the hole anymore. I threw away the box & don't have the receipt so I wasn't going to worry about it. But today I looked at the little mirror hanging and now she is scraping the paint off with her new teeth. This jumper does NOT jump and is very wiggly. I'm very unhappy with this product. I have a Bright Start jumper on our upper level that was in the $70-$80 range that we love. I guess you get what you pay for.
I purchased this item for my 4-month old to keep him occupied. There arent enough toys to keep him interested. Within 5-minutes, he screams to get out of it. It has a very poor construction, but of course what can you expect from plastic. It is very unstable and he can easily pull of the toys attached. Dont waste your money on this product! The other comments on this product are correct. Do more research and look at all the comments before you make a purchase.
