I bought this product for my 4 month old , so he hasn't really played with the attached toys much yet, but my 3 yr old has put them through the ringer, and its stood up so far, very colorful, with lots of toys, I would definitely recommend this product
I bought this to keep at my moms for when we are there. For only 30 bucks it is great to put her in while we are eating or just need a break. I am very happy with my purchase and think it was well worth the money. I have one at home that we paid $130 for and we like that one as well, there is more for her to do on it, but babies aren't supposed to be in there long so I don't think it matters if its a $30 or $130 toy, they probably don't care.
We got this for my 4 month old at christmas. Was pretty easy to put together. Have now had it for a couple months and are really pleased. Our son loves playing in it! The toys are cute and he loves playing with them, BUT one drawback is i wouldnt really call it a jumping toy. There is no jumping involved whatsoever...its more like a straighten his legs and stand up. My sister has a jumperoo and he can jump very well in that, so i know its not that he doesn't understand the concept of jumping....its just that he can't jump in this product. But we are still happy with it. We don't have much room and this is a good size and is light, but stable.
My husband and I got this for our 4 month old son, it was easy to put together, id say it took abt 10-15min. Weve had it for abt a week now and he seems to like it a lot. Even though he hasnt quite got the bouncing thing down pat it seems like it would be pretty easy for him to because i have put a little bit of presure on the base to test it and it seems to bounce with ease. There is quit a few toys for him to play with on it, but the only thing i didnt really like was the fact that the buttons that are supposed to light up and play music werent very bright or loud. its the perfict size activity set for us because we dont have that big of a living room and when we put it up in his room it doesnt take up much space at all just stick it in a corner and its almost like its not there. id say overall this is a great choice for the money. We almost got the one that was a little more then this one but this one had more activities for him so thats why we went with it. Id recomend it.
This was a great price compared to some of the others. The one thing I didn't like was the instructions for the assembly. They were a little bit confusing at first. I think they could have had better diagrams and better explanations. The toys don't seem as fun as they looked. But for the price I am pleased with it. My son is now 5 months old, he's a little small for his age so his feet don't touch the bottom and he slumps back in the seat a little bit but once he is bigger I think he will have a blast.
I got this for my at the time 4 month old and he didn't really enjoy it at first but once he hit 5 months he would go crazy in this thing. He loves the toys and smacking them around. He gets a kick out of the mirror and spinning it around. He is almost 7 months and still enjoys it but cares less about the lights / music he is more interested in chewing on everything. It was simple to assemble and I know people say there isn't a lot of padding in the seat but these weren't really meant to spend hours in it, he gets bored/tired after like 45 minutes tops. The seat is padding enough and his chunky legs fit fine. I'm actually now looking into giving this away and getting a walker since he is advancing so quickly.
So I bought this jumper instead of a Jumperoo like my daughter had because it was smaller and took up less room, it does not jump as well as the jumperoo, but my son loves the toys and it is small enough to easily take up and down stairs., it was pretty easy to set up. My son is almost 6 mo. so maybe he will get to jumping a little better in time? Overall I would give this product 4 1/2 stars... The price is great also.
The seat is VERY hard there is NO padding on it at all. The toys are not for smaller babies, its kinda boring, except for the buttons that light up. It does the job if your baby likes to sit up, but for a few bucks more go with something better, if you looking for something better i would get an Evenflo Exersaucer. It came in a bunch of pieces! It is very uncomfy would be better if it had padding.
I have a 5 month old(17lbs, 27in tall). She can not 'jump' and struggles to turn the seat. She also has to be tucked in w/ a blanket or she just topples and wobbles. She has great head/neck control but is lacking torso control still. She plays with the toys BUT the mirror is so high she can't see herself, the teether gets stuck and she gets frustrated, the giraffe head is too high to reach. So basically she plays with the bendy leaf thing, the twirly lion head and the twisty flower. The lights and sounds piano piece never worked and I have yet to have time to exchange it. It is the last piece to go on and we didn't know it was defective until everything else was together. It is a great stationary place to sit baby and maybe get dishes done or laundry started but the short attention span could outlast the simple toys. I put it together by myself at midnight in about 30 minutes.
Personally, I did NOT like this item, I returned it the NEXT DAY. I ordered from site to store, and my first one got "lost" on the truck, So I had to re-order and wait ANOTHER 2 weeks. I finally get it and am SO excited. I put it together to find it DOES NOT BOUNCE. At all. My son HATED it because he loves to bounce. The music was not as exciting as described, and the lights were not bright at all. The toys barely moved and were boring. Basically, I would never purchase this again for ANYBODY, and especially not for $42. It is NOT worth your money what-so-ever. If you want a good toy to BOUNCE, get the jumpers where they bounce off the floor. Much better.
