I would recommend this product for anyone looking to have lots of fun at a quality price. I, my 2 kids, and my husband enjoy using this product. It makes you fill like your on the jet ski and it's alot of laughs when you don't make it and fall off. my kids friends also enjoy it.
I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He is 3yrs. old. There hasn't been a day he hasn't been on it. The race games are his favorite. Sitting and watching him play on the inflatable Jet Ski is a crackup. He sways back and forth and flys over the jumps. I'm very pleased with this puchase.
I bought this for my kids and they love it. We did have trouble at first airing it up. Once Motosea was aired up, all was great. The kids would like to see it save their game & level into memory when turned off. I also bought one as a gift for my nephew.
I bought this for my 3 year old sons Christmas present. For a child with boundless energy, I was AMAZED that he just wanted to sit on the inflatable jetski and play. It offers a variety of games (airplanes, jetski, ATV) and is a GREAT value for the price.
My son received this for Christmas. He and his brother and sister really enjoy it. But it is rather large and a pain to store, or deflate every time. So its always in the way. My kids actually like playing on this better when not attatched to the TV (with their imaginations). The TV game was not overly impressive. They rarely play it. But they play on this every day. So, for that reason, I recommend it, but for the intended purpose, it's not impressive.
After reading most of the reviews I went ahead and got this for my son's birthday....he was super excited when he saw what it was. The worst part of it, of course, is blowing it up. The foot pump they give you, is hilarious! The hose didn't fit properly and made this awful squeaking sound every time the air went through....and only one nozzle would fit. So, I used my hair dryer and it was filled in no time! But, then the air expels very quickly when you use the hair dryer and it's not completely full of air once you get it shut. He's still able to sit on it, but it will have to be filled again soon. Another thing is the screw in the dash where you have to put the batteries...it was stripped in a couple of seconds and it took me almost 10 minutes to get the cover off because if this! And the last thing...there were no patches for an "oops" moment...most inflatable toys have at least one patch provided. Those were the only minor things...other than that he has really enjoyed this product!
To be such a simple product, it sure is complicated to assemble. We got this for our son's 5th birthday. It may be missing a piece or something because that little accordion style plastic air pump is a joke. It is easiest blown up the old fashioned way- mouth to hole! Since this thing is about 3.5 feet long and about 2 feet tall, this is no easy feat- Did I mention that it has 2 levels that need air? We exhausted all other options (bike pump, air pump...) Bottom line, be advised before your kids can begin to enjoy this toy you need a good set of lungs (or two), a screw driver, some AA batteries and a whole lot of patience. Its a cute little kids game once it gets going- no amazing graphics to shout about or anything. I guess its just a let down given all that you have to go through to get it up and running. Good for little kids (4-7)- they like anything they can ride. The video game affect is bonus.
Beware: for some reason mine was not in color. i didn't want to return it b/c it was shipped from ny walmart - but my 5 year old loves all the games regardless. It too advanced for my 3 year old to enjoy. Storage is a hassle, very large, so we just keep it up and they play on it.
I thought this would have been perfect for my son who is 6 now, however I had to constantly put air in it each time he got on it. I was very annoying and eventually I just put it up stored in the closet. Also for what it does, I think it should be a bit cheaper. I would not recommend this buy.
My son (12) purchased this item for himself. The second time that he used the item it got a hole in the seam. I was with him both times and he did not use it roughly or in any way abuse the item. He was very disappointed in the item as it did not hold up to the expectation. The games that were with the product were enjoyable to him but he was unable to use the toy because of the hole. He return the toy and got a new one. Within four times of using the second one it also got a hole in one of the seams. I would not recommend this item because of the durability.
