Dryer has all the options we wanted, perfect fit and color
So far it has been a good dryer. So many options to choose for all your clothes
Love my new dryer and it matches my washer I'm happy with this appliance
This model is exactly what we wanted to replace a 16 year old unit. We like actual knobs and buttons that you push. Also you don't need an app to use it.
We are an all-GE household and have been highly satisfied with all our appliances for decades. Our new gas dryer performs as well as its predecessor that served us for 20+ years.
I love GE products all of my kitchen appliances is GE . Beautifully designed and well structured. My washer and dryer stands out in my laundry room and very affordable.
Nice design, but has a lot of knobs. Takes some time to get used to all the settings. Also, center timer knob is very hard to turn and also very smooth. Might be hard for some users to grip. Also, the lint filter doesn't work correctly. A lot of lint goes out the exhaust. Different size than the old GE dryer it replaced meant we had to reconfigure the space these occupy in our kitchen.
I've been extremely disappointed in this dryer. It takes much longer than what it should even on small loads. Also, in just over two years I'm getting ready to order my third lint screen. They have all torn in the exact same spot. I like GE products, but I have learned the hard way that unless you buy GE Appliances in the Profile Series, you will end up with basic, inferior products. So if you cannot afford the Profile Series, I would strongly recommend buying another brand
I second Kell2's review. Same issue with the lint trap. Tech replaced entire trap today, but just put a load through and the new trap is still doing the same thing. When I looked at the old trap, I realized that the metal rods have wires attached to the back - I think they might be the heat sensor? The issue is that the metal of the heat sensor is not seated properly in the plastic, and it creates a gap where things catch. I like the dryer a lot except for this major flaw. I would like to keep this dryer if this issue can be resolved.
This seller is a scammer, delivery was made in 5 weeks. There is no possibility of exchange or return. When returning or exchanging, the seller requires a fine in the amount of the cost of the goods, that is, there is no return. Now I have a dryer like real estate. I had to purchase a second one at home depot.
